摘要: Objective(s): To investigate the expression of human papilloma virus (HPV) L1 capsid protein, and telomerase RNA component (hTERC) in cervical cancer role detection both genes screening cancer. Materials Methods: A total 309 patients were recruited exfoliated cells collected. Immunocytochemistry was employed to detect HPV fluorescent situ hybridization (FISH) performed hTERC. Results: The protein reduced with increase histological grade negatively related lesions. However, hTERC increased positively associated proportion L1(-)/hTERC(+) higher CIN2 or than that those CIN1. L1(+)/hTERC(-) L1(-)/hTERC(-) L1/hTERC ratio increased. negative predictive value hTERC, but there no marked difference efficacy among L1, L1+hTERC. Conclusion: gene may serve as markers for early diagnosis prediction reflects progression lesions a certain extent.
