摘要: The electrical properties of the Na3Sc(MoO4)3 and Cs2Zr(MoO4)3 compounds are investigated using impedance spectroscopy (1–106 Hz) in temperature range 100–650°C. Double molybdates form a fine-crystalline powder obtained by solid-phase synthesis air at 450–600°C for 20–50 h. It is found that dependence ionic conductivity ceramic samples exhibits anomalies temperatures 605 ± 5°C 425 15°C due to phase transitions, which confirmed data thermal analysis. Above superionic reaches 0.084 S/cm (650°C) 0.002 (462°C) Cs2Zr(MoO4)3.
