摘要: Zr-Pd metallic glassy thin films with a hierarchical nano-scale structure, produced by magnetron sputtering of the Zr and Pd powder mixture, demonstrate unique combination physical biochemical properties. Thermal stability nano-structured samples, their resistance to oxidation in dry air phase transformation behavior are discussed present work. These binary alloy samples also show exceptionally high corrosion spontaneous passivation simulated body fluid. Experiments on catalytic activity biocompatibility this nanostructured glass indicate that is very suitable material for applications. Compared multicomponent alloys studied earlier has much simpler chemical composition, which makes preparation sample defined stoichiometry easier, especially when elements have different rates.
