摘要: Adverse reactions to drugs are a major problem in pharmacotherapy. About 1/6 of all side-effects thought be drug-induced immune-mediated reactions. It is well established that T and B cells recognize drug if it bound as hapten carrier molecules. However, the model does not explain many cell-mediated with chemically inert compounds. This review will first discuss hapten-carrier concept drug-presentation currently used methods predict an allergenic potential drug. then introduces our new drug-uptake- processing-free HLA class II-restricted T-cell response termed "direct metabolism-independent stimulation". led us other concept: pharmacological interaction immunological receptors, namely MHC receptors. Additionally, we focus on certain conditions non-covalent presentation by antigen presenting molecular recognition MHC/peptide/drug complexes specific Finally, clinical relevance drug-specific cells, seem exert pathology (e.g. exanthema or pustular eruptions) depending their function. These findings, which based analysis allergy, have implications for understanding biology how test
