摘要: Categorized by WHO as critically important antibiotics, third-generation cephalosporins (3GCs) are one of the latest therapeutic alternatives to fight severe infectious diseases in humans. Some antibiotics belonging this class prescribed treat food-producing animals specific pathological contexts. Preserving effectiveness 3GCs requires characterization and careful monitoring resistance identification implementation measures that can limit antimicrobial (AMR). Here, we characterized Escherichia coli isolated from diseased animals. Using data collected broilers, hens, calves, piglets, sows, turkeys ducks between 2006 2016 French surveillance network AMR pathogenic bacteria animal origin (called RESAPATH), investigated dynamics 3GCs. Our non-linear analysis applied time series showed evolution E. is each category. From 2010, increased for most categories. We observed peaks high-level hens (21.5% 2010) broilers (26.7% 2011), whereas trends stayed below 10% other categories throughout study period. Resistance later decreased and, since 2014, has dropped all The parallel over period shed lights on impact practices changes, public policies (EcoAntibio Plan) sector-led initiatives (moratorium swine sector). Finally, they highlight usefulness importance networks health, such RESAPATH.
