Histologic analysis of pulpal revascularization of autotransplanted immature teeth after removal of the original pulp tissue.

摘要: The survival rate of replanted and autotransplanted teeth is mainly affected by the reaction pulp. Pulpal necrosis can cause periapical inflammation inflammatory root resorption. purpose this study to learn more about pulpal changes in immature whose pulp tissue was removed before transplantation. experimental material consisted 16 single-rooted with open apices, from a beagle dog (3 months age). At day 0, 4 were extracted, tissues removed, then transplanted their contralateral side. same procedure carried out on days 9, 16, 23, each time for teeth. Longitudinal paraffin sections made histologic investigation. results showed that, after 7 days, 2 had an ingrowth new over one fourth length. After 14 all (> or =one chamber). 21-day observation, than half chambers filled, and, 30 there total 3 This well-organized well-vascularized connective tissue.
