摘要: Developing suitable biomaterials for post-mastectomy or post-lumpectomy breast reconstruction is highly important. This study aimed at evaluating biomechanical suitability of decellularized adipose tissue (DAT) this purpose. The involves computational experiments deformation the reconstructed using DAT under loading conditions pertaining to two common body position changes prone-to-supine and prone-to-upright. was conducted nonlinear finite element models where geometry obtained from MRI image a female breast. were performed sourced various depots in comparison natural tissue. Data showed no contour defects with materials simulated conditions. They also demonstrated that derived subcutaneous abdominal exhibit significantly closer deformation, both qualitatively quantitatively, normal same Similarity post-surgery assessed analysis. Our results provide evidence yield more analogous pattern applications. quite encouraging, as can be readily large quantities lipo-reduction surgery procedures. Furthermore, cases all samples used research similar thus are substituents.
