摘要: Pyrazole amino acid oligoamides were prepared on polyethylene glycol starting from nitro pyrazole carboxylic acids or protected acids. The polymer support facilitates product isolation during synthesis and makes the target soluble in chloroform water. This allows determination of their binding properties towards peptides. Moderate affinity, which increases with number units, is observed
