摘要: Influence of structural and lithological controls various drainage patterns their stream orientations (for 2nd, 3rd 4th order steams) were identified to evaluate the direction controlling factors network. To investigate prospect groundwater, hydrogeomorphological features river basin viz. Mulki-Pavanje mapped. characteristics basin, different morphometric parameters (linear, areal relief) computed in sub-basin wise (SB-I -VII). The linear suggest network is controlled by geomorphology. form factor (F f), elongation ratio (R e) circularity c) that an elongated shape. density (D d) indicates resistant/permeable strata under medium-dense vegetation with moderate relief. sub-basins (except SBI III) ground-slopes associated moderately permeable rocks, which promote run-off infiltration. Drainage texture (T) whole coarse while SB-I, III showing intermediate texture. relief namely ruggedness number n ) infers low poor density. identify most deficit/surplus zones groundwater suitable weightages assigned units parameters. study reveal manifest SB-III shall be deficit zone whereas SB-VII, VI V are found show increase potentiality. Groundwater area this estimated 7% poor, 44% 49% good excellent. This paper demonstrated potential application geographical information system (GIS) techniques absence traditional monitoring data.
