摘要: Aggravation of arrhythmia with antiarrhythmic drugs is not an infrequent side effect associated drugs. Defined as the provocation a new or significant increase in frequency preexisting arrhythmia, it occurs all agents, although incidence varies from 6% to 23% different In general, aggravation early event, occurring within first several days initiating therapy. It has been found, however, that this complication can also occur late particularly patients who have evidence ongoing ischemia may be overt silent. Although there no good way predict patient likely experience complication, observed predictors increased risk for experiencing including underlying heart disease, congestive failure, active potentially ischemia, and electrolyte abnormalities, hypokalemia.
