摘要: With 2 figures and 1 table Abstract We have previously constructed a genetic map of Brassica oleracea L. containing the Pp523 locus that confers downy mildew resistance to adult plants. In this work, 44 SSR markers reference for C genome chromosomes were added map, allowing nine major linkage groups be assigned B. oleracea. Locus was located on chromosome C8, determining flower colour mapped C3. comparison with first version new is denser more compact. The available genomic information B. oleracea enriched location two phenotypic traits 421 DNA (RAPD, ISSR, AFLP, SCAR, BAC-end derived STS, other PCR markers). Conversely, C8 being used as an additional tool map-based cloning Pp523, gene plant precisely specific crop species.
