摘要: The availability of sequence data derived from shotgun sequencing programs enables mining for simple repeats (SSRs), providing useful genetic markers crop improvement. This study presents the development and characterization 40 SSR Brassica oleracea their cross-amplification across species. show reliable amplification, genome specificity considerable polymorphism, demonstrating utility SSRs analysis commercial germplasm.
