摘要: Allergy and otitis media with effusion are often considered as comorbidities. Evidence points to a role for allergy in the pathogenesis of reports increased prevalence patients presence late-phase allergic-response inflammatory mediators cytokines middle-ear allergic subjects. However, exact mechanism remains unknown. Many speculations have been made, but well-controlled studies prove efficacy anti-allergic medication treatment lacking. Therefore, we do not recommend use glucocorticosteroids effusion.
