摘要: Dirofilariarepens is a parasitic nematode causing vector-borne zoonotic infection (dirofilariosis), considered an emerging problem in human and veterinary medicine. Currently, diagnosis based on the detection of adult parasite microfilariae host tissues. However, efficacy tests relying limited by periodic occurrence. Therefore, new reliable affordable serological diagnostic method needed. Better characteristic biology its interaction with immune system should help to achieve this goal. This study analyzes proteomes, use one-dimensional electrophoresis (1-DE) two-dimensional (2-DE) proteomics, immunoproteomics, LC-MS/MS mass spectrometry allowed us identify 316 potentially immunogenic proteins (75 belong stage, 183 microfilariae, 58 are common for both). Classified their ontology, showed important similarities differences between both stages. The most frequently identified structural, metabolic, heat shock proteins. Additionally, real-time PCR analysis some targets revealed significant life We indicated molecules involved parasite-host interactions discussed importance biology, which may reveal potential antigens or select drug vaccine targets.
