摘要: The effects of modern dressings on inflammation, which represent the earliest phase wound healing, are poorly understood. We investigated hydrocellular foam (HCFs) healing and gene expression levels inflammatory markers--interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, IL-10--in rat periwound skin granulation tissue by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. HCF absorbed significantly higher volume water than hydrocolloid dressing (HCD) increased contraction wounds. Polymorphonuclear neutrophils were massively infiltrated to edge boarded between dermis in HCD group. IL-1β, IL-10 mRNA decreased around wounds covered with HCF. These findings suggest that may promote along decrease inflammation reducing IL-10.
