摘要: Several approaches to magnetic resonance (MR) measurements of tumor perfusion (i.e., the nutritive blood flux through tissues at capillary level, alternatively termed flow) and other properties vasculature have been used in both preclinical clinical studies. This chapter will first describe principal that for measuring vascularity, including data analysis methods extract quantitative information relating underlying physiology. The remainder focus on dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI), which is currently most widely these approaches. methodological considerations acquisition, consensus analysis, potential advances DCE-MRI, applications representative how it being drug development be considered.
