摘要: Abstract CexZr1-xO2 (x = 0.25, 0.5 and 0.75) was synthesized by solid phase chemical reaction synthesis characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal expansion, Hebb-Wagner method DC van der Pauw method. ZrO2 has a high melting point CeO2 variable valence state, which can make the material have mixed ionic-electronic conductivity stability. The advantages of having lower temperature no waste liquid discharge, is beneficial to energy conservation environmental protection. A limiting current oxygen sensor prepared with Ce0.75Zr0.25O2 dense diffusion barrier stabilized 9 mol% Y2O3 (9YSZ) electrolyte Pt sintered-paste Limiting plateau obtained effects operate (T), concentration (x(O2)) water vapor pressure (p(H2O)) on studied, respectively. results show that maximum electronic total at 800 oC most suitable ceramic be sensor. exhibits good sensing characteristics under different research conditions, including T, x(O2) p(H2O). related various factors, for example, log(IL·T) depends linearly 1000/T, IL not influenced obviously experiment supplements application conductor as in
