摘要: Abstract The behaviour of a pinhole type sensor for the determination humidity (1000–28 000 ppm water vapour, corresponding to about 3.5 90 RH% at 25°C) in N 2 and /O gas mixtures is presented. operating temperature sensor, consisting zirconia-based electrochemical cell with diameter thickness 10 5 mm, 500°C. Imposing set potential (from 0 1400 mV) electrodes, typical polarographic curves were observed; presence two electroactive species limiting obtained. Water vapour concentration can be obtained an error not exceeding ±4%.
