摘要: The effect of droplet formation in thin layers water-alcohol mixtures upon laser heating was studied. growth the beam is governed by surface tension gradient, which induces solutocapillary flows from periphery to center heated area. This gradient arises due local increase caused evaporation alcohol area layer. experimental results have shown that initial concentration water mixture gives rise size. However, power irradiation leads a decrease rate. A simplified one-dimensional model developed. involves dependence on both temperature and components mixture, as well condensation alcohol. are compared with those obtained using numerical simulations. reasonable agreement between shown.
