摘要: Prior to the discovery of carbonic anhydrase (CA) III two groups reported existence a protein approximately 30 kDa in soluble enzyme fraction skeletal muscle. This unidentified was designated “protein F”38 and basic muscle protein.5 Several years later, number studies18,19,27,35 clearly established that this 30-kDa protein, which is found predominantly muscle, third CA isozyme different from I II. isozyme, first called A,18 now III.
