摘要: The invention discloses an siRNA for inhibiting expression of RKIP gene; the is a double-stranded RNA and has sequences: positive-sense strand 5'GCUGCAUAGUUAUCAAUAUTT3' antisense 5'AUAUUGAUAACUAUGCAGCTT3'. small interfering that can inhibit gene dug through biological method, decline mice spatial cognitive ability changing hippocampal morphology structure caused by microwave radiation be inhibited significantly. An important theoretical basis provided clinical application siRNA, anda new idea research development prevention treatment drugs.
