摘要: Seed color inheritance in Brassica juncea was studied F1, F2 and BC1 populations. found under the control of maternal genotype, brown-seeded trait dominant over yellow-seeded trait. Segregation analysis revealed that one pair major genes controlled seed coat color. To develop markers linked to gene, AFLP (amplified fragments length polymorphism) combined with BSA (bulk segregant analysis) technology used screen parents bulks selected randomly from an population (Wuqi yellow mustard × Wugong mustard) consisting 346 individuals. From a survey 512 primer combinations, 15 located on either side gene were identified, average distance between 2.59 cM. P11MG15 cosegregated marker, closest (P03MC08, P16MC02 P11MG01) at 0.3, 0.3 0.7 cM target respectively. In order utilize for breeding varieties, four markers, P11MG01, P15MG15, P09MC12 successfully converted into SCAR (sequence characterized amplified region) markers. The by single together available molecular will greatly facilitate future varieties. present study could accelerate step map-based cloning gene.
