摘要: A high density genetic linkage map for the complex allotetraploid crop species Brassica napus (oilseed rape) was constructed in a late-generation recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, using genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers assayed by 60 K Infinium BeadChip Array. The contains 9164 SNP covering 1832.9 cM. 1232 bins account 7648 of markers. subset 2795 markers, with an average distance 0.66 cM between adjacent applied QTL mapping seed colour and cell wall fiber components acid detergent lignin (ADL), cellulose hemicellulose. After phenotypic analyses across four different environments total 11 were detected traits. high-density considerably improved resolution compared to previous low-density maps. previously identified major very effects on ADL pinpointed narrow genome interval chromosome A09, while minor explaining 8.1% 14.1% variation C05. Five three accounting 4.7% 21.9% 7.3% 16.9% hemicellulose, respectively, also detected. To our knowledge this is first description hemicellulose B. napus, representing interesting new targets improving oil content. enables navigation from sequences, giving useful information understanding genetics key quality traits rapeseed.
