摘要: The potent calciotropic hormone calcitriol (1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D 3 , 1,25(OH) 2 ) has been shown to be very effective and safe in the topical treatment of psoriasis. In vitro, 1,25 (OH inhibits proliferation stimulates differentiation human keratinocytes. Increasing evidence suggests an immunoregulatory function this steroid hormone. To further characterize biological effects psoriasis, we have analyzed immunohistochemically expression markers for epidermal (proliferating cell nuclear antigen=PCNA) (transglutaminase K, involucrin, cytokeratin 16), as well inflammation (CDla, 55kDa TNF-receptor, NAP-11II/8) calcitriol-treated psoriatic skin situ. Our findings strongly support hypothesis that modulates keratinocyte proliferation! vivo. immunoreactivity differentiation, CDla NAP-11IL-8, changed after 8 weeks almost completely pattern characteristic non-lesional skin, while a large number 55 kDa TNF-receptor positive cells could found dermal compartment.
