摘要: Vitamin D and analogs exert in the skin other tissues potent effects on cellular differentiation proliferation. Moreover, these compounds regulate apoptosis immunomodulatory effects. During last decades, it has convincingly been shown that vitamin are effective safe topical treatment of psoriasis, where they nowadays represent a standard therapy.
