摘要: Vitamin D was identified nearly a century ago as an important regulator in the absorption and transport of essential minerals (particularly calcium, phosphorus magnesium), such is key determinant normal bone development. now seen potentially hormonal cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, renal, nervous, adipose immune systems. An adequate supply vitamin at all stages life for maintenance good health. It has, however, been estimated that upwards 1 billion people, both developed developing world, can be categorised being deficient.
