摘要: Background Perioperative and follow-up outcomes for patients that received robot-assisted kidney transplant (RAKT), compared to conventional open (OKT), remain unknown. We performed a meta-analysis of controlled studies compare the safety efficacy RAKT versus OKT. Methods Systematic searching PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library databases was identify relevant randomized or nonrandomized studies. Perioperative, in-hospital, were summarized. A random-effect model incorporating potential heterogeneity used synthesize results. Results Six including 263 with 804 OKT included. Pooled results showed those OKT, had significant higher rewarming time (mean difference (MD): 20.8 min, p < 0.001) total ischemia (MD: 17.8 min, = 0.008) but lower incidence surgical site infection (SSI, risk ratio (RR): 0.22, 0.03). The delayed graft function comparable between groups (RR: 1.10, 0.82), length hospital stay similar -2.03 days, 0.21). During 31 months, serum creatinine levels 10.12 mmol/L, 0.42) incidences rejection 1.16, 0.53), failure 0.94, 0.79), all-cause mortality 0.77). Conclusion Current evidence from suggests is associated SSI midterm functional clinical Randomized are needed validate these findings.
