摘要: China is the largest non-metallic mineral producer in world and one of key consumers four major products, including cement, refractories, plate glass ceramics. The products industry’s rapid growth has brought about a large demand for energy. present study provides an overview China’s industry terms production, energy consumption carbon dioxide emissions. In this industry, efficiency relatively low level emission much higher than developed countries’ average. This interprets effects some newly issued policies analyses influential factors achieving conservation reduction goals. It also discusses prospects saving industry. Retrofitting facilities using new production technologies imperative. Additionally, implementing market-based policies, promoting industrial transformation effective international cooperation would help decrease emissions consumption.
