摘要: The authors investigate the influence of demographic characteristics and health care attributes on overall satisfaction. They use a national cross-section sample HMO members another non-HMO members. Demographic are treated as antecedent to satisfaction with in determination very similar impact for both samples, suggesting HMOs should emphasize those ensure reenrollment encourage new enrollment. Findings also show that several varies along few dimensions, bases which market can be segmented.
