摘要: We demonstrate a novel light trapping configuration based on an array of micro lenses in conjunction with self aligned apertures located highly reflecting mirror. When locating the element, that displays strong directional asymmetric transmission, front thin film organic photovoltaic cells, increase cell absorption is obtained. By recycling reflected photons otherwise would be lost, thinner films more beneficial electrical properties can effectively deployed. The element enhances rate solar and increases photocurrent by as much 25%.
