摘要: Abstract Two lectins, one from Helix pomatia (HP) and Peanut (PN), were evaluated as bovine T cell markers. HP attaches to about 40% of the peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL). With an indirect technique 60% PBL are positive, while PN a slightly higher proportion ot PBL. In double labelling experiments, was shown bind only Ig negative cells 2% labelled with anti-Ig. The influence different pretreatments or antibodies for membrane bound studied. Preincubation detaching cytophilic important avoid false positive cells.
