摘要: Combining the one-dimensional tight-binding Su–Schrieffer–Heeger (SSH) model and extended Hubbard (EHM), scattering combination of oppositely charged bipolarons in conjugated polymers are investigated using a nonadiabatic evolution method. On basis this physical picture, can scatter into singlet biexcitonic state, which two electrons holes trapped together by lattice distortion. This state emit one photon to an exciton subsequently decay ground state. The results indicate that may provide guidance for improving internal quantum efficiency electroluminescence as high 75% polymer light-emitting diodes.
