Invasion and metastasis factors in breast cancer

摘要: Cancer invasion and metastasis is considered to be a multifactorial process involving complex interaction of variety proteolytic enzymes, growth factors, cell-cell cell-substrate adhesion molecules. Several these peptides are expressed in breast cancer tissue. In this issue Breast Research Treatment, we have invited number groups discuss aspects their possible clinical implications for prognosis and, ultimately, treatment.
