摘要: Using non-selective methods of isolation, the species that was detected with greatest frequency in raw milks varying purity is Alcaligenes viscosus. The majority cultures do not produce a ropy condition milk or other media. In some strains oxidation citrate, and hence production alkalinity milk, slow erratic, being dependent on occurrence mutation. only Gram-negative rod laboratory-pasteurized A. tolerans n.sp., description which given. That similar general character to viscosus but differs principally its greater resistance heat, inability attack fats, erratic usually poor growth laboratory Greatly improved nutrient agar obtained by addition lactate relatively high concentrations ferrous ferric salts.
