摘要: Listeria monocytogenes can adhere to different types of food contact surfaces within a processing environment. Therefore, environmental sampling devices should be capable detecting unacceptable contamination. In this study, sponge-stick, foam spatula and an swab were evaluated on their ability detect low concentrations L. surfaces.
