摘要: The objective was to test the utility of cytokeratins CYFRA 21-1, tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS), Neuron enolase (NSE) and Carcino Embryonic (CEA) in patients with lung cancer pleural fluid also predicting ability these tumor markers respect histological types [including non small cell (NSCLC) (SCLC)] pathological stages. 40 normal subjects 222 cases proven were studied. findings suggest that TPS are useful serum for diagnosis NSCLC NSE seems be marker monitoring course especially SCLC. combined use cytokeratin 21-1 may provide additional information prognosis.
