摘要: Abstract This paper presents the strength analysis of joining by clinching for various values parameter X bottom thickness. The maximum joint was obtained performing lap joints, H-shaped samples and T-shaped test. For specified value thickness, a test bar joints also subjected to complex stress state until destruction. Thus, impact load direction on capacity determined. effect radial clearance between die punch forming process, shearing tearing obtained. Moreover, contains an example new sheet metal technology using rivets (ClinchRivet). tests results rivet were compared with those clinching.
