摘要: We present a case report of patient in whom intra-operative penetration the femoral cortex occurred during revision hip surgery. this to highlight that perforation can occur at pedestal while reaming canal arthroplasty. Distal pedestal, thick endosteal bone bridge tip previous stem is often difficult ream and forcible may perforate femur. Adequate two view plain radiographs should be taken intra-operatively use guide wires with flexible reamers advised avoid perforation.
