摘要: MUC4 is highly expressed in human pancreatic tumours and tumour cell lines, but minimally or not normal pancreas chronic pancreatitis. Here, we investigated the aberrant regulation of expression vivo using clonal cells (CD18/HPAF) grown either orthotopically (OT) ectopically subcutaneous tissue (SC) nude mice. Histological examination OT SC showed moderately differentiated anaplastic morphology, respectively. The metastases to distant lymph nodes faster growth (P<0.01) compared tumours. transcripts were very high undetectable levels regained their ability express after vitro culture. Immunohistochemical analysis MUC4-specific polyclonal antiserum confirmed results obtained by Northern blot analysis. Interestingly, TGFbeta2 no SC, suggesting a possible link between TGFbeta2. expression, metastasis are regulated local host microenvironment. may serve as an interim regulator this function.
