摘要: MUC4 is highly expressed in human pancreatic tumours and tumour cell lines, but minimally or not normal pancreas chronic pancreatitis. Here, we investigated the aberrant regulation of expression vivo using clonal cells (CD18/HPAF) grown either orthotopically (OT) ectopically subcutaneous tissue (SC) nude mice. Histological examination OT SC showed moderately differentiated anaplastic morphology, respectively.
