摘要: Eine adaquate Intensivtherapie des Organspenders ist von entscheidender Bedeutung fur den Transplantationserfolg. Neben der konsequenten Fortfuhrung allgemeinen intensivmedizinischen Masnahmen (Bronchialtoilette, Lagerung, Beatmung) sind die fruhzeitige Gabe Desmopressin und differenzierte Volumen- Katecholamintherapie primaren Behandlungsmasnahmen. Bei nicht stabilisierbarer Kreislaufinsuffizienz Kortikoide indiziert.
