摘要: Summary. This study analysed the relation between daily salivary progesterone profiles in luteal phase and endometrial development as assessed by morphometric studies of biopsies that were timed luteinizing hormone surge. Among 34 fertile women studied, a threshold was noted cumulative concentration 11 17 features measured, well results histological dating. Above observed threshold, significant linear correlation found 55 women, profile first half phase, but not second half, to be significantly lower those with retarded than normal development. Overall, 50% associated subnormal profile, other keeping an abnormal response endometrium due receptor deficiency. Retarded more likely half.
