摘要: There can be little doubt that sustainability has become one of the most important issues in business recent years. In spite sustainability’s importance, there is agreement amongst leaders and practitioners not as embedded desired. This study reports a framework on inhibitors limit embeddedness organizations. The assist management to address non-achievement antecedents specifically holistically. obtained empirical data from employees all levels stock exchange-listed company. Through in-depth analysis case organization, valuable insights about were inductively identified, interpreted presented using descriptive labels, namely: “Professing What Is Right”; “Green Distraction”; belief “Not My Job”; “Firefighter”; “Past Performance Anchor”; “Strategy Discourse” “Harmony”—a mediator embeddedness. All these also found altered by transformation culture communication strategy message sustainable leadership—the moderator. findings corroborated related supporting literature part our contribution pursuit for better understanding this phenomenon.
