摘要: Understanding the crossover from quantum to classical transport has become of fundamental importance not only for technological applications due creation sub-10-nm transistors – an important building block our modern life but also elucidating role played by mechanics in evolutionary fitness biological complexes. This article provides a basic introduction into nature charge and energy regimes. It discusses characteristic properties both limits demonstrates how they can be connected through loss mechanical coherence. The salient features physics are identified, their opening new regimes understanding efficient robust complexes demonstrated.
