摘要: Background: The mechanisms contributing to final kissing balloon inflation between classic crush and double-kissing (DK) stenting techniques for the treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions contrast. The authors compared clinical outcomes in patients with unprotected distal left main treated by or DK techniques. Methods: Thirty-seven were selected (20 crush, 17 groups) from a prospective, multicenter, randomized DKCRUSH-1 BIFURCATION STUDY. Clinical angiographic data analyzed. Results: Follow-up was available all patients. There significant differences angle group (83.28 ± 20.69)0 vs. (67.71 26.35)0, P = 0.02). Unsatisfactory rate significantly higher (26.32% 5.88%, 0.01). acute gain side branch greater stent (1.48 0.50 mm 1.36 0.55 mm, 0.03). accumulative restenosis vessel segments, branch, MACE than (13.39% 5.12%, 0.058, 42.10% 0.01, 5.82%, 0.001, respectively). By logistic regression, immediately after PCI, unsatisfactory three independent factors TLR at 8-month follow-up. Conclusion: Classic inflations did not improve lesion when technique. © 2008 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
