摘要: One of the core steps assembly wind turbines is bearings on turbine hub. The hub can contain up to 128 bolt connections install bearing blades: nuts need be precisely tightened ensure a uniformly distributed clamping force as well avoiding errors, e.g. nut misalignments. bolt-nut connection non-linear system with uncertainties making it difficult design numerical model and PI Gains. This paper presents novel two-stage Proportional-Integral (PI) controller error detection capability for tightening process. It based combination (offline training) genetic algorithm (GA) online training physical system. Since does not include all non-linearity plant (here connection), used at first estimate range values, followed by fine tuning values GA.
