摘要: Electron localization effects in polyaniline have been investigated through the dependence of DC conductivity and magnetic susceptibility on thermal aging. A dramatic effect aging is reported insulator-to-metal transition region, which interpreted as due to onset structural order between chains. This argued confirm that corresponds a crossover electron states from delocalization. Furthermore, quasi-one-dimensional variable-range hopping model shown account for observed temperature dependences entire protonation range.
