摘要: Primary aortoenteric fistula (PAEF) is a relatively rare but serious complication of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Since Sir Astley Cooper first described PAEF in 1822, only about 300 cases have been reported the literature. Roux and colleagues1 reviewed 253 before 1993, Saers Scheltinga2 analyzed 81 new from 1994 to 2003. As both studies report, clinical surgical challenge associated with high morbidity mortality. We report case woman who presented underwent successful situ reconstruction aorta. We describe technical details that might decrease chances postoperative graft infection recurrence.
