摘要: Les fistules aorto-digestives primaires (PAEF) sont potentiellement mortelles et un defi diagnostique considerable en raison de leur rarete d'une presentation non specifique. Nous rapportons le cas femme 61 ans qui s'est presentee a son medecin generaliste avec des saignements rectaux specifiques intermittents, une hematemese, perte poids. Quatre jours plus tard, elle au departement d'urgence aggravation symptomes. examens montraient nouveau petit anevrysme l'aorte abdominal 3,8 cm sur scanner (CT), mais sans evidence fistule CT ou endoscopie. Deux est devenue instable imposant laparotomie urgence resection bloc d'un segment du duodenum l'exclusion reconstruction « in line » prothese Dacron pour PAEF. donnees publiees ont ete examinees discuter methodes diagnostiques optimales traitement
