摘要: A method of stabilizing and potentiating action molecules known anti-angiogenic substances such as Angiostatin® or Endostatin® by using in coupling conjugation with cis-unsaturated fatty acids (c-UFAs) the treatment cell proliferative disorders uses c-UFAs chosen from linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic dihomo-gamma-linolenic arachidonic alpha-linolenic eicosapentaenoic docosahexaenoic acid cis-parinaric predetermined quantities. Preferably, are form polyunsaturated (PUFAs). Uncontrolled undesirable angiogenic activity promotes tumor growth, which can be inhibited selective use PUFAs used selectively conjunction anti-cancer drugs. For glioma, a sodium salt PUFA is preferred to an admixture substance selected drug. non-glioma type proliferation disorder, sodium, potassium lithium substance. Anti-angiogenic envisaged this invention include Angiostatin®, Endostatin®, platelet factor-4, TNP-470, thalidomide, interleukin-12 metalloproteinase inhibitors (MMP). administration mixture treat intra-arterial into artery provides main blood supply for tumor.
