摘要: In this article, the authors describe theoretical foundation, development, and content of a Web-based educational intervention to improve cross-cultural communication about end-of-life concerns report on preliminary evaluation using qualitative study design. The data were collected with non-structured questions in convenience sample 21 hospice providers. Participants reported that they found training appropriate useful. also finding online delivery convenient interactive format valuable. Improving quality patient-provider can contribute reducing disparities at end-of-life.
